4. นำกระเทียมโทนมาผึ่งให้แห้งจนสะเด็ดน้ำ ประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง
5. คัดเลือกเอาเฉพาะกระเทียมที่ได้ขนาดมาตรฐานมาพักไว้
6. เตรียมน้ำดองตามสูตรที่กำหนด(น้ำสะอาด+น้ำส้มสายชู+เกลือ+น้ำตาล)โดยนำมาต้มให้เดือด ประมาณ 30 นาที แล้วปล่อยทิ้งไว้ให้เย็น
7.นำกระเทียมโทนที่เตรียมไว้ลงแช่ในน้ำดอง ประมาณ 15 วัน
