บทนำ
สาเหตุและความเป็นมา
นอกจาก “สมอง” แล้ว “มือ” นับเป็นอวัยวะที่ทำให้มนุษย์เหนือกว่าสิ่งมีชีวิตอื่นบนโลกใบนี้ เนื่องจากมนุษย์ใช้สมองคิดค้นสิ่งต่างๆในขณะที่ใช้มือในการประดิษฐ์และทำงานที่สัตว์อื่นทำไม่ได้ เราใช้มือของเรานี้ในการจับต้องสิ่งต่างๆตั้งแต่ลืมตาขึ้นมาตอนเช้า ล้างหน้า แปรงฟัน อาบน้ำ สัมผัสผู้อื่น รวมทั้งหยิบอาหารเข้าปาก แคะจมูก ป้ายตา มือจึงอาจนำเชื้อโรคเข้าสู่ร่างกายได้ด้วย และหากใครสักคนเป็นโรคติดเชื้อ มือนี้ก็สามารถกระจายเชื้อไปสู่ผู้อื่น จากการสัมผัสกันโดยตรงหรือแม้กระทั่งสัมผัสผ่านตัวกลางหนึ่งซึ่งตัวกลางที่พบบ่อยและผู้คนมักมองข้าม ได้แก่ ลูกบิดประตู ราวโหนรถเมล์ และราวบันไดเลื่อน

3.เพื่อสร้างรายได้ให้กับประชาชน

สมมติฐาน
การใช้สบู่เหลวมือในการล้างมือมีประสิทธิภาพในการฆ่าเชื้อโรคได้ดี

ขอบเขตด้านประชากร
1. สำรวจสถานที่สาธารณะที่มีผู้คนใช้บริการ(ร้านคาเฟ่แมว บริเวณมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร) โดยทดลองใช้จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 15 คน
2. วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างพิษณุโลก จำนวน 15 คน
