มีลักษณะเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า กว้าง 2 ส่วน ยาว 3 ส่วน ผืนธงแบ่งตามแนวยาวเป็น 3 ริ้ว โดยริ้วกลางนั้นเป็นพื้นสีแดง กว้าง 2 ส่วน มีรูปปราสาทหินนครวัดสามยอดสีขาวอยู่ตรงกลาง ริ้วที่อยู่ด้านนอกทั้งสองด้านนั้นกว้างริ้วละ 1 ส่วน
