วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อการพัฒนาเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรายวิชากิจกรรมแนะแนว โดยใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ใช้กิจกรรมเป็นฐาน (Activity – Besed Learning) ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/6 โรงเรียนขอนแก่นวิทยายน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/6 โรงเรียนขอนแก่นวิทยายน ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น จำนวน 42 คน
