วันลา และหลักเกณฑ์การลา
1.ลากิจ
ลูกจ้างมีสิทธิลาเพื่อกิจธุระอันจำเป็นได้ แต่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 1 วัน โดยลาได้ไม่เกินปีละ 12 วัน โดยคิดเฉลี่ยตามความเหมาะสมในแต่ละเดือนโดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง
1.1 ลาสมรส ลาได้ 3 วันติดต่อกัน โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้า

2.ลาป่วย
2.1 พนักงานมีสิทธิลาป่วยได้เท่าที่จ่ายจริง โดยได้รับค่าจ้างเท่ากับวันทำงานปกติปีหนึ่งไม่เกิน 30 วัน การลาป่วยเกินกว่านั้นจะไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง
