เนื่องด้วยกระผมนายกิตติศักดิ์ ทิพยาเรืองนนท์ ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับ มีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องลาออกแบบฉุกเฉิน และต้องเดินทางกลับกรุงเทพฯ เนื่องด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัวบางประการ ประกอบกับเมื่อผมได้พิจารณาผลการปฎิบัติงาน ณ สถานที่แห่งนี้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ทำให้ผมมองเห็นถึงปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นมากมาย ผมก็รู้สึกภูมิใจที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้มารับหน้าที่ตรงจุดนี้ ซึ่งอาจมองเห็นว่าผมสามารถที่จะเป็นผู้นำที่ดีได้ และสามารถที่จะนำพาทีมงานให้ประสบความสำเร็จไปพร้อมๆกันได้ ในอนาคตอันใกล้ จากประสบการณ์ต่างๆที่ผ่านมา
