Taking advantage of this subject. We requested the 2 suppliers that we have (SAP and the other one - Sorry I didn't recover the name) to come to our factory to do a deep evaluation/inspection on the HAO line 3 to propose solutions.

In this case we were considering 3 options:

1-Purchase a new drum from GEA, If they have the part. The supplier will do the installation. We are waiting for their reply;
2-Modify the existing drum keeping the same concept (friction system - smooth drum);
3-Modify the drum changing the concept (adding the bars/strips). For this case evaluate the mechanic part due to the adding weight and the electrical & mechanic control of speed (interlock). As in this case the drum and conveyor have to run at the same speed.

Could you please update us if the suppliers already came for inspection? If not could you please push them to come ASAP.
