There are three main challenges for a remote work setup. One is your employees would be working outside the office and in their homes which will make easy and safe access difficult. Organizations must be able to let employees access office data easily when they’re offsite. In most companies, whether it is in the team level, department level, or the whole organization itself, data is usually stored in a central file server. When employees work from home, most of the work files will be stored inside the employee’s gadget. The dilemma for companies would be how to sync these work files from your employee’s gadgets to your central server as well how to share it with your customers. Also, the biggest dilemma would be communication and collaboration – this is because there are a lot of tasks that must be done which includes document preparation, report presentation etc. When your employees are located in different locations, a smooth and efficient collaboration would be very much needed.
