6.1 สถานที่ส่งมอบ
สถาบันเทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) กระทรวงกลาโหม ชั้น 4 อาคารสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงกลาโหม (แจ้งวัฒนะ) เลขที่ 47/433 หมู่ 3 ต.บ้านใหม่ อ.ปากเกร็ด จ.นนทบุรี 11120 หรือสถานที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ สทป. กำหนด
6.2 รายละเอียดการส่งมอบ
6.2.1 ภายใน 300 (สามร้อย) วันนับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา
6.2.2 ผู้ขายจะต้องทำการติดตั้งระบบกล้องถ่ายภาพย่านรังสีความร้อน (Infrared) กับระบบ EOTS ของ สทป. โดยการเล็งศูนย์ร่วมกัน เพื่อการพัฒนาเป็นระบบตรวจการณ์ทางทะเล โดยความร่วมมือของเจ้าหน้าที่ของ สทป. ในลักษณะของ Workshop และจัดให้มีการทดสอบการทำงานของระบบ อย่างต่ำ 2 ครั้งๆ ละ 3 วัน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจรับระบบ และระบบกล้องถ่ายภาพย่านรังสีความร้อนที่จัดหามานี้จะต้องสามารถนำไปใช้งานแบบอิสระโดยที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องติดตั้งกับระบบกล้อง EOTS สามารถถอดแยกหรือประกอบเมื่อใดก็ได้ และมีอุปกรณ์เสริมเท่าที่จำเป็นให้มาด้วย เช่น ขาตั้งกล้อง จอแสดงผลภาพ ระบบบันทึกภาพ
6.2.3 ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบงานระบบกล้องถ่ายภาพย่านรังสีความร้อน (Infrared) สำหรับพัฒนาระบบตรวจการณ์ทางทะเล ภายหลังดำเนินการทดสอบดังนี้
6.2.3.1 การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพด้านความสามารถในการ ถ่าย/บันทึกภาพ/แสดงภาพรังสีความร้อนในย่าน Infrared (Radiometry) ที่แผ่กระจายออกจากวัตถุโดยสามารถถ่าย/บันทึกภาพ/แสดงรังสีความร้อน จากวัตถุประเภทต่างๆ เช่น ลูกจรวด ลูกปืน เรือ หรือ อากาศยาน (เครื่องบินปีกนิ่ง ปีกหมุน อากาศยานไร้คนขับ) โดยทำการทดสอบในโหมด 1. การทำงานด้วยตัวเอง (Stand Alone) และ 2. การทำงานร่วมกับระบบ EOTS ของ สทป. (หาก สทป. ได้รับมอบระบบกล้อง EOTS อย่างสมบูรณ์แล้ว) ตามเงื่อนไขการทดสอบที่ระบุอยู่ในผนวก ข.
6.2.4.2 การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพด้านระยะทางในการ ถ่าย/บันทึกภาพ/แสดงภาพ รังสีความร้อนที่ระยะห่างต่างๆ หลายระยะ (Range Detection Capability) โดยสามารถ ถ่าย/บันทึกภาพ/แสดงภาพ รังสีความร้อน ที่เกิดจากแหล่งกำเนิดซึ่งเคลื่อนที่หรือหยุดนิ่งในอากาศเป็นระยะทางต่างๆ โดยทำการทดสอบในโหมด 1. การทำงานด้วยตัวเอง (Standalone) และ 2. การทำงานร่วมกับระบบ EOTS ของ สทป.(หาก สทป.ได้รับมอบระบบกล้อง EOTS อย่างสมบูรณ์แล้ว) ตามเงื่อนไขการทดสอบที่ระบุอยู่ในผนวก ข.

6.3.4 เอกสารรายงานผลการทดสอบ และเอกสารเทคนิคต่างๆ ที่ สทป. อาจร้องขอเพิ่มเติมในภายหลัง
6.4 การฝึกอบรม
6.4.1 ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการฝึกอบรมการติดตั้ง การใช้งานอุปกรณ์ระบบ ฝึกการใช้งานโปรแกรมควบคุมระบบ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำการบำรุงรักษา โดยทดลองการติดตั้งระบบทั้งหมดตามผนวก ก. ในพื้นที่สนามทดสอบ และ/หรือ สถานที่ที่ สทป. กำหนด เพื่อให้ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 คน มีความรู้ ทักษะ สามารถวางแผนเตรียมการดำเนินการ รวมถึงสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ โดยระยะเวลาในการอบรมภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติรวมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 5 วัน รวมทั้งจัดให้มีคู่มือการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษา (User Manual and Service Manual) โดยผู้ขายเป็นผู้ออกค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งสิ้น
6.4.2 ผู้ขายจะต้องมีหนังสือแจ้งให้ สทป. ทราบถึงกำหนดการล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 (เจ็ด) วัน ก่อนการฝึกอบรม ยกเว้น กรณีผู้ซื้อไม่สะดวกในการให้จัดฝึกอบรมในช่วงระยะเวลาดังกล่าว จะแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการเวลา โดยให้เป็นไปตามประสงค์ของ สทป. ซึ่งผู้ขายต้องไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ เพิ่มเติมจากผู้ซื้อ
(กรณีที่การฝึกอบรมมีมูลค่าหรือมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการฝึกอบรม จะต้องถือเป็นเงื่อนไขของการส่งมอบ/ตรวจรับงานด้วย แต่ถ้าเป็นการอบรมเพื่อแนะวิธีการประกอบ ติดตั้ง การซ่อมบำรุง และการดูแลรักษา ถือเป็นส่วนของการบริการ
