มีขั้นตอนในการศึกษาวิจัยอยู่ 3 ขั้นตอน คือ การประดิษฐิ์ coffee princess การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ coffee princess และการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ coffee princess
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบไปด้วย 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ coffee princess เป็นครูผู้สอนและนักศึกษาแผนกบัญชี วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 8 คน เป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง

ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ หาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์
