งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารและจัดการทรัพยากรออนไลน์ ของธุรกิจแฟรนไซส์ชานมไข่มุก โดยอาศัยวิธีการดำเนินการตามหลักการของการวางแผนทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจขององค์กรโดยรวม เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างสูงสุดของทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจขององค์กร (Enterprise Resource Planning : ERP) พัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา PHP และใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลไว้บน Server ในรูปแบบ File Server ระบบนี้ครอบคลุมผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มบริษัทแฟรนไซส์และกลุ่มลูกค้าแต่ละสาขา โดยเข้าใช้งานระบบในรูปแบบ Web Application เป็นตัวกลางในการเชื่อมต่อผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งจะทำให้สะดวกรวดเร็ว และมีความถูกต้อง มีความน่าเชื่อถือได้ของข้อมูล
