รายงานเล่มนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวิชาปฏิบัติการผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุ ดิฉันได้รับมอบหมายให้ศึกษาเคสผู้ป่วย ซึ่งการวินิจฉัยคือ ASO Lt. Leg และได้ทำการผ่าตัดคือ Lt.BK amputation ซึ่งผู้ป่วยรายนี้เคยตัดนิ้วก้อยและนิ้วนางตรงเท้าซ้าย แต่เลือดไปเลี้ยงส่วนปลายไม่ได้เนื่องจากหลอดเลือดแดงตีบ ทำให้เท้าซ้ายของผู้ป่วยมีอาการบวม สีดำ และทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีอาการเจ็บ จากนั้นแพทย์จึงทำการตัดขาซ้ายส่วนใต้เข่าออก ดิฉันได้จัดทำรายงานเล่มนี้ขึ้นเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ที่สนใจจะศึกษาโรคนี้
