การศึกษาค้นคว้านี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัยโรงเรียนเทศบาล 5 วัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรในโรงเรียน จำนวน 32 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 22 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.75 เพศชาย จำนวน 10 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 32.25 อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 19 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.38 ต่ำกว่า 35 ปี จำนวน 13 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.62 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี จำนวน 27 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.37 สูงกว่าปริญญาตรี จำนวน 5 คน คิดเป็นร้อย 15.63 ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 22 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.75 และต่ำกว่า 5 ปี จำนวน 10 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.25 ตามลำดับ
2. บุคลากรในโรงเรียนเทศบาล 5 วัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม มีแนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัย โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
เมื่อพิจารณาค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ การทำงานเป็นทีม การปฐมนิเทศ การศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ การสัมมนาทางวิชาการการฝึกอบรมหรือประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติและการแต่งตั้งโยกย้ายสับเปลี่ยนหน้าที่
