การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนบ้านเขาหัวช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 ประชากรได้แก่ บุคลากรสายการบริหาร 5 คน บุคลากรสายการสอน 53 คน นักการภารโรง 10 คน อื่นๆ 3 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 71 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านที่สนับสนุนการสอน ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ และได้คุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ดังนี้ IOC = 0.66 - 1.00 และ = .98
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
