ผูวาจางมีความประสงคจะพัฒนาโครงการอาคารชุดพักอาศัย ซึ่งผูวาจางประสงคจะวาจางและผูรับจางตกลงรับจางทําการศึกษา
และจัดทํารายงานการวิเคราะหผลกระทบสิ่งแวดลอมใหแกผูวาจาง
คูสัญญาทั้งสองฝายตกลงทําสัญญากันโดยมีขอความดังตอไปนี้

ผูรับจางตกลงรับจางทําการศึกษาและจัดทํารายงานการวิเคราะหผลกระทบสิ่งแวดลอมของโครงการ
