การศึกษาวิจัย ความต้องการของผู้ต้องการฝึกอาชีพของผู้ตังขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความต้องการฝึกอาชีพของผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความต้องการฝึกอาชีพของผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อนำผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ไปปรับปรุงกระบวนการฝึกอาชีพให้แก่ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานครให้มีประสิทธิผลมากยิ่งขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 361 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิด แบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Checklist) และ มาตรส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) สถิติใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่สถิติการหาความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA) ทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยวิธีการของ LSD (Least Significant of Different) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความต้องการฝึกอาชีพของผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร และ สถิติ Pearson’s Correlation เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยแวดล้อมกับความต้องการฝึกอาชีพของผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร
