1) สวนหย่อมขนาดเล็กย่านชุมชน หรือสวนใกล้บ้าน (Pocket Park หรือ Mini Tot Park)มีขนาดพื้นที่ไม่เกิน 2 ไร่ รัศมีการให้บริการในวงรอบประมาณ 1กิโลเมตร ให้บริการในระยะเดินเข้าถึงใช้เวลา 5-10 นาที อาจอยู่ระหว่างอาคาร ใช้เป็นสนามเด็กเล่น สถานที่ออกกำลังกายและพบปะสังสรรค์ของประชาชนทุกวัย
