เครื่องมือวัดคลื่นไฟฟ้าของกล้ามเนื้อมัดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการงาน โดยเครื่องมือ MEGAWIN, FINLAND ชนิดรับสัญญาณได้ 8 ช่องรับ Set Protocol มี 2 แบบคือ ระบบ online และ offline ในงานวิจัยนี้เลือกแบบระบบ offline การเตรียมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้แผ่นอิเล็กโทรด 3 แผ่น (เป็นชนิดติดที่ผิวหนัง) ต่อ 1 มัดกล้ามเนื้อ ติดในตำแหน่งตรงกลางของมัดกล้ามเนื้อบ่าและไหล่ ดังรูปที่….. จากนั้นจะนำสายจากเครื่อง EMG ต่อเข้ากับกล้ามเนื้อแต่ละมัด กำหนดให้เครื่องเก็บข้อมูล เลือกแบบ Measure ค่าเฉลี่ยที่ความถี่ 250-1,000 Hz ทุกๆ 1 วินาที ทำการบันทึกกล้ามเนื้อ 4 มัด
