ในกรณีที่บริษัทพิจารณาและวินิจฉัยแล้วว่า การลาป่วยนั้นไม่เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์หรือไม่เป็นจริง บริษัทจะถือว่าการลานั้นเป็นการขาดงานและพนักงานจะได้รับโทษตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับนี้
