- ให้การสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของทุกพื้นที่กิจกรรมเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและวัตถุประสงค์เป้าหมาย
- บริหารและควบคุมต้นทุน ทรัพยากรที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงาน
- รับผิดชอบการจัดการด้านพลังงานของนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปะอิน
3. ด้านคุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้มีคุณภาพ เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐาน ไม่เกิดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
- รวบรวมข้อมูล ติดตามปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม กรณีไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด เพื่อเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- รับผิดชอบปฏิบัติการตอบโต้กรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินรวมทั้งตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ตอบโต้ภาวะฉุกเฉิน
