เทศกาลซินูล็อก(Sinulog)งานนี้จะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 3 ของเดือนมกราคมทุกปี เป็นงานที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อรำลึกถึงนักบุญซานโต นินอย (Santo Nino)โดยจะจัดแสดงดนตรีและมีขบวนพาเหรดแฟนซีทั่วเมืองเซบู (Cebu)
