โครงงานการปลูกพืชสวนครัว การปลูกถั่วฝักยาว ตามแนวพระราชดำรัส
มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเรื่องเกี่ยวกับเกษตรต่าง ๆ เพื่อที่จะสามารถนำมาใช้กับชีวิตประจำวันและสอดคล้องกับแนวพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว มุ้งเน้นการรอดพ้นจากภัยและวิกฤตเพื่อความมั่นคง การดำเนินชีวิตในระบบเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ให้ยึดความพอดี กินอยู่ตามฐานะใช้สติปัญญาในการดำรงชีวิตเจริญเติบโตอย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไปโดยตั้งบนหลักของความ “ รู้ รัก สามัคคี ” รู้ทันกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์

คำนำ

โครงงานเรื่องการปลูกพืชสวนครัว เป็นโครงงานที่บูรณาการการเรียนรู้จากกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี โดยได้น้อมนำปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในสถานศึกษา โดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้นักเรียนและและครอบครัวที่ไม่มีรายได้ ให้สามารถมีอาหารเลี้ยงท้องและครอบครัวอยู่ได้ อย่างน้อยก็จนกว่าจะมีงานทำมีรายได้ ด้วยการนำแหล่งอาหารเข้าไปในครัวเรือนโดยการปลูกผักสวนครัว นอกจากนั้นยังมุ่งหวังที่จะกระต้นให้นักเรียน หันมาสนใจการผลิตอาหารบริโภคในครัวเรือนด้วยตนเอง เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่าย โดยได้เรียนรู้ด้วยวิธีปฏิบัติจริง สามารถฝึกความอดทนในการทำงาน การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน

1.1 ที่มาและความสำคัญของโครงงาน
จากสภาพปัญหาเศรษฐกิจถดถอยมาตั้งแต่ปี 2540 ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาความเดือดร้อนแก่ประชาชนในวัยใช้แรงงานโดยทั่วไปเนื่องจากถูกเลิกจ้างงานจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมและบริการ แรงงานเหล่านี้ที่เดินทางกลับภูมิลำเนาเดิมและประสงค์ประกอบอาชีพการเกษตรโดยแนวทางพระราชดำรัสปรัชญา “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” แต่ปัญหาการว่างงานยังคงรุนแรงและขยายผลกระทบออกไปทั้งในสังคมเมืองส่วนกลาง และสังคมภูมิภาคด้วย จึงได้ริเริ่มจัดทำโครงการเกษตรยังชีพขึ้นเพื่อช่วยแก้ไขและรองรับปัญหาแรงงานที่ว่างงานจำนวนหนึ่งโดยภาคราชการให้การสนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิตแก่ประชาชนและคนว่างงานได้ทำการเกษตรยังชีพซึ่งจะช่วยให้มีอาหารไว้เลี้ยงครอบครัวตนเองโดยใช้พื้นที่ตนเองมีอยู่เพียงเล็กน้อยให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดมีการปลูกพืชผักสวนครัวไว้ใช้บริโภคในครัวเรือนจากระราชดำรัส เนื่องจากสมาชิกในกลุ่มมีความสนใจเกี่ยวกับการปลูกถั่วฝักยาวตามแนวพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวแล้วจึงตัดสินใจทำโครงงานเรื่องนี้เพื่อจะได้ศึกษารายละเอียดต่างๆเกี่ยวกับการปลูกถั่วฝักยาวการนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต การนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับอาชีพต่างๆและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดได้
1.2 วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา
1. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้ศึกษาแนวคิด แนวปฏิบัติตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
2. เพื่อให้เกิด ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทักษะ และการเรียนรู้ การปลูกพืชสวนครัว
3. เพื่อให้นักเรียนรู้จักใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์
4. สร้างรายได้แก่ผู้ปลูกและลดรายจ่ายของครอบครัว
