หากภายหลังมีผู้เช่าซื้อ/ผู้โอนเงิน มาร้องขอเงินที่มีการตัดโอนเข้าบัญชีรายได้อื่น ๆ แล้ว ฝ่ายงานที่ร้องขอจะต้องมีการจัดทำ Memo หรือ แบบฟอร์ม เพื่อนำเสนอพร้อมขออนุมัติจากผู้บริหาร
