ฉันขออนุมัติลาพักร้อนในวันที่ 16 - 17 เม.ย.2558 เพื่อไปทำธุระต่างจังหวัด ทั้งนี้ระหว่างที่ลาพักร้อน งานที่ฉันรับผิดชอบคือติดตามความคืบหน้าสถานะของการวางบิลงานโครงการ ซึ่งฉันสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทางมือถือได้ไม่เป็นปัญหา รวมถึงสามารถติดต่อฉันทางมือถือได้ในระหว่างที่ฉันลาพักร้อน
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติ
