ข้อ 7. ผู้เช่า จะไม่ทำการดัดแปลง ต่อเติม รื้อถอน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลง ห้องชุด ไม่ว่าจะทั้งหมดหรือเพียงบางส่วน เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ให้เช่าก่อน หากผู้เช่าได้กระทำการไปโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ให้เช้า ผู้ให้เช่าจะเรียกให้ ผู้เช่า ทำห้องชุด ให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิม รวมถึงเรียกให้ชดใช้ในค่าเสียหายอันเกิดจากการดังแปลง ต่อเติม รื้อถอน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้นก็ได้

บรรดาทรัพย์สิน อุปกรณ์ หรือเครื่องตกแต่งที่มีลักษณะติดตรึงตรากับห้องชุด ที่ผู้เช่า หรือบริวาร นำมาติดตั้ง ไม่ว่าจะโดยได้รับความยินยอมจาก ผู้ให้เช่า หรือไม่ก็ตาม ให้ตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้ให้เช่าในทันที โดยผู้ให้เช่า ไม่ต้องชดใช้ราคาหรือค่าตอบแทนใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
