บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการ สถานศึกษาและผู้นำชุมชนต่อการบริหารงานโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนชุมชนประทายสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านการบริหารทั่วไป
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และผู้นำชุมชนของโรงเรียนชุมชนประทาย สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นแบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและผู้นำชุมชนต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนชุมชนประทาย สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.67 ) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก(  = 3.78 ) รองลงมาคือ ด้านด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ (  = 3.71 ) ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล (  = 3.68 ) และ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ (  = 3.52 )
