อาคารคลังสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ ที่ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 333/1 หมู่ 7 ตำบลราชาเทวะ อำเภอ บางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ รหัสไปรษณียภัณฑ์ 10540 มีขนาดพื้นที่ 90,000 ตรม. ตั้งอยู่ในเขตปลอดอากร (Customs Free Zone) ซึ่งมีพื้นที่ถึง 480,000 ตรม. สามารถรองรับสินค้าได้ถึง 966,000 เมตริกตันต่อปี และเมื่อก่อสร้างส่วนต่อขยายอีก 47,250 ตรม. ใน Phase ที่ 2 ปี ค.ศ. 2010 จะสามารถรองรับสินค้าได้ทั้งสิ้นถึง 1,226,000 เมตริก ตันต่อปี อาคารคลังสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ แบ่งส่วนการจัดการออกเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ
• Express Cargo Zone มีพื้นที่ 6,000 ตรม.
• Customers Airline Zone 25,000 ตรม.
• Thai Cargo & Alliance Zone 30,000 ตรม.
• Perishable Center ซึ่งมีพื้นที่ 9,000 ตรม.
ซึ่งมีการแบ่งส่วนย่อยออกเป็น Inbound & outbound Handling ออกจากกัน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการแบ่งพื้นที่ของอาคารคลังสินค้าสำหรับ Line up under roof เพื่อป้องกันการเสียหายของ สินค้าจากการเปียกฝนและความร้อนจากแสงแดดก่อนที่จะลำเลียงขึ้นบนเครื่องบิน
