ผมได้จองห้องพักผ่านเว็บไซต์ของโรงแรม อีเมล .... เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว แต่ยังไม่ได้รับอีเมลตอบกลับมาเลย ไม่รู้ว่าทางโรงแรมมีห้องพักว่างหรือไม่ หรือไม่สามารถจองผ่านเว็บไซต์ของโรงแรมได้
