- ประธาน ฯ ได้เสนอต่อที่ประชุมว่าเพื่อเป็นการปฏิบัติตามข้อ 29 ของประกาศคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัย เรื่อง หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขในการรับเงิน การจ่ายเงิน การตรวจสอบ และการควบคุมภายในของบริษัทประกันชีวิต/วินาศภัย พ.ศ. 2557 ที่กำหนดให้บริษัทต้องมีหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เพื่อทำหน้าที่ดูแลให้บริษัทปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการประกันวินาศภัยและกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท

มติ อนุมัติและให้ความเห็นชอบการแต่งตั้งหัวหน้าหน่วยงานดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ตามรายละเอียดที่ประธาน ฯ เสนอมาทุกประการ
