กองพัฒนานักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามจัดโครงการประกวดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาครั้งนี้ เปิดรับนักศึกษาร่วมกลุ่ม ตั้งแต่ 5ถึง20คนดำเนินกิจกรรมในช่วงเดือน ตุลาคม-ธันวาคมปี2559ซึ่งกิจกรรมดังกล่าวต้องไม่เป็นกิจกรรมที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของผลการเรียนต้องไม่ได้รับค่าตอบแทนในการร่วมโครงการและต้องได้รับการรับรองจากอาจารย์ผู้กำกับดูแลโครงการ/กิจกรรม เช่น รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาประธานหลักสูตรหรืออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาโดยนำเสนอผลงานผ่านรูปเล่มสรุปผลการดำเนินงานพร้อมภาพประกอบจำนวนไม่เกิน 15หน้าภายในวันที่13มกราคม 2560 ซึ่งคณะกรรมการจะทำการพิจารณารายละเอียดโครงการ/กิจกรรมจากเล่มสรุปรายงานตามหลัก PDCA รวมถึงพิจารณาผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานและความพึงพอใจของผู้ร่วมโครงการเพื่อตัดสินทีมที่ผ่านเข้าสู่รอบชิงชนะเลิศจำนวน 10 ทีมเพื้อชิงเงินรางวัลรวมมูลค่ากว่า 20,000 บาทพร้อมเกียรติบัตร
