จากตัวเมืองทางหลวงหมายเลข 2159 และแยกขวาเข้าทางหลวงหมายเลข 2051 ระยะทางจากตัวเมืองถึงที่ทำการอุทยานฯ ระยะทางประมาณ 21 กิโลเมตร  หรืออาจใช้เส้นทางหมายเลข 201 ทางไปอำเภอภูเขียว จะมีเส้นทางแยกซ้ายอีก 21กิโลเมตรไปน้ำตกตาดโตนได้เช่นกัน สำหรับผู้ที่เดินทางโดยรถโดยสาร สามารถใช้บริการรถสองแถวสายชัยภูมิ-ท่าหินโงม ลงที่ด่านเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมแล้วเดินเท้าอีก 1 กิโลเมตร
