ที่มาและความสำคัญ
เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีการใช้ไฟฟ้าในชีวิตประจำวันเพิ่มมากขึ้นทุกวัน ไฟฟ้าเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญต่อความเป็นอยู่ของมนุษย์ แต่เนื่องจากปัจจุบันเกิดภาวะโลกร้อนทำให้อุณหภูมิของโลกสูงขึ้น ทำให้ประชากรบางประเทศต้องเปิดเครื่องทำความเย็นมากขึ้น ประชากรจึงเกิดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายไฟฟ้ามากขึ้น ทำให้เล็งเห็นการใช้ประโยชน์จากพลังงานลมจากเครื่องระบายความร้อนของเครื่องทำความเย็นมาสร้างกังหันลมชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ขึ้น เพื่อช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่าย และนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ทางด้านต่างๆได้

วัตถุประสงค์
-เพื่อศึกษาและประดิษฐ์กังหันลมชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ขนาดเล็กให้ผลิตไฟฟ้าได้และใช้งานได้จริง
-สามารถนำพลังงานลมจากคอนเพรสเซอร์ไปใช้เป็นพลังงานทดแทนได้
- เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพเครื่องกังหันลมชาร์จแบตเตอรี่


ขอบเขต
-กังหันลมสามารถชาร์จเก็บในแบตเตอรี่ขนาด 12 โวลต์ได้
-กังหันสามารถรับลมจากคอนเพรสเซอร์ได้
