Our Courses



At EF, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all language learning. That's why we offer courses to suit your every need. With regular intakes and courses ranging from 2-52 weeks, you can choose the length and intensity of your studies along with your special interest classes.

Our programs are structured to give you a fundamental understanding of your study language and enable you to use it in an academic or professional context. Personalize your course with special interest classes ranging from examination preparation to career-specific topics.

An EF course is the ideal way to immerse yourself in another language allowing you to return home with language credentials, friends from around the world and memories to last a lifetime.

COURSE ASSESSMENT

On Student Arrival
On the first day of your course you will be asked to take a placement test. After this test is completed, an oral test will take place and the results will be reviewed together with the placement test results, and each student will be individually allocated to the appropriate class level for their abilities.

During the Course
During the course, you will take a range of ongoing evaluations and tests to assess your level of progress. These will include the following:

End of Level Tests

On course completion
All students will complete a graduation test prior to their departure. On completion of this test, each student will receive a certificate of completion with EF on their final day, stating their current language level and a summary of their current language level abilities.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 90% attendance at classes and completion of Graduation test.

English course students who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded an EF Certificate. All English course students (including those who do not meet the Graduation Requirements) will receive the EFSET Certificate, EFSET Course Report and Language Assessments.y

Mandarin course students who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded an EF Certificate. All Mandarin course students (including those who do not meet the Graduation Requirements) will receive a Language Assessment.

Maximum 17 students in any class.
