ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “สัญญาบันทึกข้อตกลง” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญานี้ ดังมีเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้
1. บริษัท ภาคิน สยาม ลัมเบอะ จำกัด โดย นาย ไพโรจน์ สัตยพันธะกุล กรรมการผู้จักการ ได้ตกลงในเรื่องการ ซื้อ-ขาย สิ่งประดิษฐ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ เครื่องเรือน เครื่องใช้ในบ้านเรือนโดยใช้ ไม้ท่อน–ไม้แปรรูป จากไม้สักสวนป่าปลูก (ไม้สัก) กับทาง บริษัท...............................................จำกัด โดย นาย...................................................กรรมการผู้จัดการ ซึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นไม่เกิน 30 วัน นับตั้งแต่ วันที่............เดือน กันยายน พ.ศ.2558 สิ้นสุดสัญญา ใน วันที่............เดือน ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2558 หลังจากไปดูส่วนป่าปลูก (ไม้สัก) เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว และ มีรายละเอียดในเรื่องของขนาดไม้ และ ราคาไม้ ดังต่อไปนี้

หนังสือ สัญญาบันทึกข้อตกลง ฉบับนี้ ทำขึ้นเป็น 2 ฉบับ ทั้งสองบริษัทได้ถือไว้คนละฉบับ ให้ไว้ ตั้งแต่ วันที่............เดือน กันยายน พ.ศ.2558
