ผมจึงมีความคิดว่า ถ้าหากผมได้มีโอกาสเป็นตำรวจแล้วนั้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ถ้าได้เป็นนายตำรวจที่จบจากโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ ได้มาปกครองผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาหรือแม้กระทั่งปกครองตนเองนั้น ผมจะไม่ให้ตัวผมและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาของผมนั้น กระทำการแบบนั้นอย่างเด็ดขาด
