RM จะต้องแจ้งผลการติดตามให้ CM ทราบ และหากครบกำหนดติดตามแล้ว ลูกค้ายังไม่สามารถปฏิบัติได้จะต้องทำ Memo ขออนุมัติผ่อนผัน/ยกเว้นการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขเสนอต่อผู้อำนาจอนุมัติโดยทันที ซึ่งเอกสารอนุมัติจะถูก scan ไว้ในระบบ C-GAGE
