เนื่องจาก สนง.การนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จ.สมุทรสาคร ปิดช่องทางจราจรเข้า-ออก ถนนสวนส้ม ตั้งแต่เย็นวันที่21/8/58 จนถึงวันที่28/8/58 นั้นสาเหตุเกิดจากมีการขุดถนนเพื่อเสียบเพลท ตามแบบเขื่อนป้องกันน้ำท่วม (ตามรูปภาพแนบ)
ทั้งนี้ขอให้พนักงานทุกท่านเผื่อเวลาเดินทางมาทำงาน เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการจราจรติดขัดช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วน(07.30-08.00น.)และประชาสัมพันธ์ไปยังพนักงานในความดูแลของท่านด้วย
และทั้งนี้ สนง.การนิคม ไม่ได้มีหนังสือแจ้งล่วงหน้าถึงการปิดเส้นทางเข้า-ออก จากเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นทาง สนง.การนิคมจึงฝากขออภัยกับพนักงานทุกท่านมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย
