วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยความสำเร็จของเครือข่ายทางสังคมของกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาหรืออุปสรรค และแนวทางแก้ไขที่เกิดขึ้นภายในเครือข่ายทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรภายในของกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้จำนวน 4 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้คือ ความสามัคคี การร่วมมือร่วมใจกัน และปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นภายในกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้ คือ ความขัดแย้งภายในกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากการไม่สื่อสารกัน การไม่ประสานงานกัน และความคิดเห็นที่ไม่ตรงกัน จึงทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่คลาดเคลื่อน ในภายหลังได้มีการปรับความเข้าใจและความคิดเห็นให้ตรงกันเพื่อให้เกิดความสามัคคีภายในกลุ่มแม่บ้านอนุรักษ์สมุนไพรบ้านห้วยทรายใต้
