การประเมินโครงการการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษานอกสถานที่ตั้ง ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร แม่สอด จุดมุ่งหมายของการประเมิน 1. เพื่อประเมินบริบทของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสม ของวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการจัดการศึกษา 2. เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ อาคารสถานที่ บุคลากรและนักศึกษา 3. เพื่อประเมินกระบวนการของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับด้านการดำเนินงานโครงการ 4. เพื่อประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับด้านคุณภาพบัณฑิต วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการประเมินครั้งนี้จำนวน 493 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ดำเนินโครงการ จำนวน 7 คน คณะกรรมการพัฒนาศูนย์ จำนวน 22 คน บุคลากรสายวิชาการ จำนวน 36 คน บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน จำนวน 24 คน ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต จำนวน 52 คน บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 92 คน และนักศึกษา จำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมิน คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการประเมินพบว่า
1. ด้านบริบทของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสม ของวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการจัดการศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ดำเนินโครงการและคณะกรรมการพัฒนาศูนย์ บุคลากรสายวิชาการ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน และนักศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ อาคารสถานที่ บุคลากรและนักศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ดำเนินโครงการและคณะกรรมการพัฒนาศูนย์ บุคลากรสายวิชาการ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน และนักศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ด้านกระบวนการของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับด้านการดำเนินงานด้านการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดสวัสดิการและบริการแก่นักศึกษา และการให้บริการในโครงการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ดำเนินโครงการและคณะกรรมการพัฒนาศูนย์ บุคลากรสายวิชาการ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน และนักศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก
4. ด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับด้านคุณภาพบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิ (TQF) ตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก
