1. เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมกับกิจกรรมของศูนย์การเรียนมูลนิธิเตรียมชีวิต
2. เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองทราบถึงพัฒนาการของนักเรียนและแนวทางแก้ไข
จากการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรม 4.20 เปอร์เซ็นต์
