ในปี 2556 บริษัทฯทำสัญญาให้กู้ยืมเงินกับบุคคลภายนอก จำนวนเงิน 3 ล้านบาท เพื่อประโยชน์ในทางธุรกิจร่วมกัน
โดยมีตั๋วเงินจ่ายของผู้กู้เป็นหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน , ไม่ได้กำหนดดอกเบี้ยจ่าย, ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2556 ผู้กู้ยังคงผิด
ชำระหนี้ , ผู้กู้ขอผ่อนผันการจ่ายชำระหนี้คืนให้แก่บริษัท โดยตกลงว่าจะจ่ายชำระคืนให้บริษัทภายในเดือน พฤษภาคม 2557
ข้อตกลงดังกล่าวได้บันทึกแจ้งความไว้เป็นหลักฐานแล้ว ,บริษัทฯจึงไม่ได้ตั้งสำรองหนี้สงสัยจะสูญ ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2556
