4.5.1 วิธีการศึกษา
โครงการได้ดำเนินการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้นำชุมชนเมื่อวันที่ 22–24 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2557 (ภาพที่ 4.5 -1)โดยทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านความคิดเห็นของผู้นำชุมชนที่มีต่อการดำเนินการโครงการ โดยได้สัมภาษณ์ผู้นำชุมชนและผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานราชการรวมทั้งสิ้น 16 ราย ในพื้นที่ 2 ตำบล ได้แก่ ตำบลอินคีรี และตำบลปากพูน และ 2 เทศบาล ได้แก่ เทศบาลตำบลท่าแพ และเทศบาลเมืองปากพูน การสัมภาษณ์ดำเนินการเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ และรายนามของผู้นำชุมชนที่ให้สัมภาษณ์แสดงดังรายละเอียดในภาคผนวกที่ 3-4
