ข้อ ๓๐ ให้คณะกรรมการพิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับรายงาน แล้วแจ้งคำวินิจฉัยเป็นหนังสือไปยังผู้อุทธรณ์

ข้อ ๓๑ กรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็นไม่อาจพิจารณาให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลาตามข้อ ๒๙ หรือข้อ ๓๐ ได้ ให้ผู้มีอำนาจพิจารณาอุทธรณ์มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ผู้อุทธรณ์ทราบก่อนครบกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว ในการนี้ให้ขยายเวลาออกไปอีกไม่เกินสิบห้าวัน แต่ให้บันทึกแสดงเหตุผลและความจำเป็นที่ต้องขยายเวลาไว้ในการพิจารณาวินิจฉัยด้วย
