It looks like problem on the ISP router.
I checked the ping from the firewall to the 202.129.16.92 and to the default gateway of the firewall, the results was exactly same (50% packet loss)
Basically the connectivity just stuck and not reaching even the router.
As first step let’s reboot the ISP router (After work hours) and check again
If the problem wasn’t resolved and to eliminate the firewall as point of failure, today, after working hours please take laptop configure the following IP and test exactly in the same way as you send us on previous email.
