ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทยมีปัญหาในการบริหารจัดการตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ได้แก่ ด้านความพอประมาณ ด้านความมีเหตุผล ด้านความมีภูมิคุ้มกัน ด้านการมีความรู้ และด้านการมีคุณธรรม โดยความคิดเห็นรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ระดับปานกลาง ( = 1.87, SD=.634) (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการด้านการวางแผนของการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทยตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ได้แก่ ด้านความพอประมาณ ด้านความมีเหตุผล ด้านความมีภูมิคุ้มกัน ด้านการมีความรู้ และด้านการมีคุณธรรม โดยความคิดเห็นรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.01, SD=..339) (3) ปัจจัยที่มีส่วนสำคัญทำให้การบริหารจัดการของการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทยตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงประสบผลสำเร็จ โดยความคิดเห็นรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.00, SD=.487)
