สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้นำเสนอโครงการออกแบบและพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ขนมไทยจากมะพร้าวเสวย ของกลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลวังแขม จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จากการสอบถามผู้ประกอบการปัญหาสำคัญที่พบคือ บรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมไม่สามารถปกป้องสินค้าทำให้สินค้านั้นหมดอายุเร็วกว่าที่กำหนด ทำให้ขนมไทยจากมะพร้าวเสวยได้รับความชื่นเนื่องจากบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีคุณภาพ ไม่มีบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่สามารถปกปิดอย่างมิดชิด และไม่มีตราสินค้า จากปัญหาดังกล่าวเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญที่ทำให้ต้องมีการพัฒนารูปแบบโครงสร้าง กราฟิก และรายละเอียดของขนมไทยจากมะพร้าวเสวย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ หัวหน้ากลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลวังแขม ผู้สนใจขนมไทยจากมะพร้าวเสวย และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ ด้านโครงสร้างบรรจุภัณฑ์ ด้านกราฟิก และด้านชั้นแสดงสินค้า โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย
