การวิจัยเรื่องครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค

การวิจัยเรื่องครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา2)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3)เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมาประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน345 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ( Krejcies and Morgan ;อ้างในประสิทธิ์ สุวรรณรักษ์. 2542 : 148)โดยวิธีวิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 186คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้วย t-test และ f-test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างผู้วิจัยจึงทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเซฟเฟ่ (Scheffe)และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ โดยใช้ค่า Pearson correlation coefficient
