การศึกษางานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษารูปแบบการให้บริการสถานประกอบการและสถานสงเคราะห์ผู้สูงอายุ ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น และความพึงพอใจของรูปแบบการให้บริการสถานประกอบการและสถานสงเคราะห์ผู้สูงอายุ ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือผู้บริโภคที่เคยใช้บริการสถานประกอบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และในการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ค่าสถิติ t-test
