การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการและลูกจ้างที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพศรีชมภูตามการรับรู้ของครู สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา หนองคาย เขต 2จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.949 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
