การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานสงเคราะห์สวนยาง ในจังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ เกษตรกรชาวสวนยางที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมที่จัดทำโดยสำนักงานกองทุนสงเคราะห์การทำสวนยางปี 2557 ของจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 183 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบไค – สแควร์
